• Shipping & Delivery
• The Right Angle, Inc. is commited to shipping out all orders within two weeks of receipt of your order. Custom orders may take longer. Although committed, we do not guarantee orders to be shipped by the specified time. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us by phone and we will do the best to accomodate your needs. In addition, if you would like a custom shipping quote other than the one calculated by our shopping cart, you must place your order by phone - call 678.762.9222.



• Sales Tax
• The Right Angle, Inc. is an Atlanta based company and currently only charges sales tax for online orders in the state of Georgia. All sales outside of the state of Georgia are sold on our behalf tax free.

• Return Policy
• Currently, The Right Angle, Inc only accepts partial returns on stock items only. We cannot accept returns on custom orders. If you are unhappy with your order, there is a penalty of 50% the cost of the item to restock it. We do not cover the return shipping cost.
  
  Cancellations: Cancellations must be made prior to when we begin production for all custom items. Failure to make swift and very immediate cancellations on custom items will result in denial of any refund requests. Cancellations on stock items that appear on our shopping cart prior to beginning production will result in a full refund. Failure to make swift and immediate cancellation on stock items where production has already begun is subject to 50% penalty the cost of the item(s).
